While Wegmans boasts several Buffalo locations featuring the traditional kosher aisle stocked with canned gefilte fish and Kedem grape juice, these two particular stores stand out for their more extensive kosher product offerings:

Carries fresh Empire Chicken, small variety of beef, packaged deli, salads, shredded cheese, frozen gefilta, frozen pizza, pareve chocolate chips. Zomicks packaged Pas Yisroel/Yoshon Challah and rolls.
They also carry ‘Schmidt Old Tyme 647’ White/Italian/Whole wheet Bread, Hotdog & burger buns with a Kof-K which is on Kof-K’s Pas Yisroel list (even though its not on the package).

Bj’s Wholesale Club (Membership required)
Bakery items are under Kof-K supervision when bearing hashgacha sticker, but NOT Pas Yisroel or Cholov Yisroel. Laromme packaged Challah and rolls (Pas Yisroel/Yoshon).
Your may request from the bakery department frozen (parbaked) bagels. Ensure they are not put in their oven (and won’t become milchig). Plus, they come with an OK-Pas Yisroel, so they can halachically be eaten without baking them first. (The Sheridan Rd location has in the past required me to place orders 24 hours ahead of time on the phone is fine), whereas Transit Rd has never made that request before.)
